Everything else and all other orders without any of the above items 10 full business days. Therefore if you have place names in your order the dispatch time will be as per the above place name dispatch times.
Custom orders - minimum 10 business days after any artwork approval plus delivery time
Place Name orders - Priority Dispatch 5 - 10 full business days and Standard Dispatch 11 - 15 full business days after receiving full name list - please consider Australia Post delivery times to your location as well as this is not included in these dispatch options.

Important Shipping Information
In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery, Wooden Letters Australia will on receiving reasonable evidence of such loss or damage, provide replacement products. This must be provided within 48 hours of receiving the parcel NO EXCEPTION and include photos of the broken item and the packaging. Australia Post is a third party company and we have no control over their handling of our parcels. We use custom boxes for sending our parcels but unfortunately Australia Post staff don't always care as much about your parcel as we do so inevitability it can arrive broken.
Please ensure that your details are correct. All order and dispatch confirmations are sent via the email address provided in your order as this is an automated system. All orders will be sent to the address provided in your order and no changes will be excepted for change of address. If paying via PayPal please ensure your PayPal information is kept up to date as legally the order must be sent to the address provided at time of purchase. This is as per the rules of PayPal. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address then the buyer will need to pay for the return postage costs. NO refunds will be allowed for postal returned orders.
